Good Morning Sherlock

John's face! If we all didn't know better we'd all think Sherlock was some sort of crazy serial killer with all the body parts he keeps in his fridge. You'd think John would be afraid to eat anything in the fridge, if there aren't body parts hiding in the food it can't be very sanitary to have food and body parts next to each other.
